Full architectural and engineering service including initial appraisal of two parcels of Brownfield land which adjoin the clients existing site to establish which would best suit the client’s stainless steel stock holding business. This project included extensive negotiations with British Waterways and Network Rail who own adjoining sites, to ensure that any development would not interfere with their structures.
